SNEAK PEEK: The Titan's New Crew

In part 9A of STNL², we voted on some new crewmembers to replace those who died in the line of duty. Well, I've made my decisions on who to recruit. So, before I make their formal introductions in the next part, here's a small preview on they are:

BELATI

NAME: Belati Adjo
SPECIES: Makinoan Colony
GENDER: Female
OCCUPATION: Unknown

BIOGRAPHY: Although she may appear to be an ordinary being at first glance, Belati isn't. She is actually a colony of sentient, bacterial Makinoans. Because of this, she prefers to address herself as "we" instead of "I".

Like other Makinoans, she was forced to leave her dimension because of that dimension's Eftievirus. Her ship crash-landed on Earth, and she was studied by the Terrans. Over time, she learned to mimic the human form, but could never get it right. Therefore, she decided to put her own unique spin on it.

In spite of this, she doesn't mind that fellow crewmember Khrelan Galagat is an Eftievirus-based lifeform. In fact, the two seem to be getting along quite nicely.

OTTHIS

NAME: Otthis Trel
SPECIES: Kraygan
GENDER: Male
OCCUPATION: Biologist

BIO: Otthis Trel is a Kraygan from Cralofania-3. Unlike most of his species, he isn't interested in genetic engineering, but shares their love for life and its infinite complexity and diversity. Because of that, he decided to become a biologist. He also has an insatiable love for the Percy Jackson series, and absolutely loves quoting/alluding to it. This makes him rather annoying, but still quite likeable.

The simple fact that he's on a Kleekoonanoni ship fills him with wonder, because his people originally created the Kleekoonanoni species. He is also awestruck at how far they've gotten along without Kraygan help.

LARRY

NAME: Larry Marston
SPECIES: Toriin
GENDER: Male
OCCUPATION: Former Soldier

BIO: Larry Marston was a soldier for the Toriinian military. In school, he loved learning of the Toriin's apparent victory over their Norseron foes. This inspired him to sign up for the military, in the hopes of earning a place in the history books of future generations. However, he had no idea what would happen next...

One day, his home colony was ambushed by the Dreskon Empire. He was assigned to help defend it, and he succeeded. However, his family perished in the attack, giving him what humans would call "post-traumatic stress disorder". In Toriins, this manifests itself through random, sometimes violent, mood swings. With his pyschiatrists and counselors feeling that his condition would get in the way of the duty, Larry had no choice but to resign from the military.
